WIDE RANGING ADHESIVES FOR SCREEN PRINTING

SAATI makes a complete series of adhesives called Ultrafix SB Plus, available to its customers. This can glue the fabric on any type of screen printing frame (wood, painted metal or aluminium) and provides superior performance obtaining excellent fabric coverage and preventing it from detaching from the frame, ensuring high strength and resistance. Thanks to the fast-drying times it is possible to accelerate production by reducing the related costs. The range includes application accessories such as brushes and products for adhesive removal.

Ultrafix SB2 Plus

APPLICATIONS

Saati Chemicals Ultrafix SB2 Plus is a 2-part frame adhesive.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Two-component polyurethane adhesive
  • Blue with low viscosity for medium to fine mesh counts
  • Mounts screen mesh onto aluminum, steel, iron, plastic-coated and wood frames
  • 30-50 minute pot-life, mix in small quantities as required

  • Extraordinary initial adhesion allows screens to be removed from the stretching system only minutes after applying
  • Superior resistance to solvents, heat and automatic cleaning machines
