SCREEN PRINTING ACCESSORIES

Besides supplying all the products for the preparation and cleaning of the screen printing stencil, SAATI offers accessories such as printing squeegees, stencil control tools, and adhesive tapes for frame sealing and protection during printing. SAATI includes a complete range of emulsion scoop coaters and brushes to degrease and clean frames and apply adhesives.

Drawbar Frames

OVERVIEW

The Draw-Bar Frame system is a U-shaped channel with an enclosed fabric locking bar.

Duralife Cut Edge Squeegee

OVERVIEW

Duralife Cut and Molded Edge squeegee have great production performance and come in a huge range of profiles and hardnesses.

CHARACTERISTICS

Blue/White Split Tape

APPLICATIONS

Dual purpose tape to adhere to mesh but not to frame.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Designed for metal and wood frames
  • Color coded
  • Intermediate adhesive on one side, solid adhesive on the other

  • Tape will adhere strongly to mesh to prevent ink leak but secured to the frame for easy removal
