SAATItex is a complete range of pure photopolymer, diazo-based and hybrid emulsions to satisfy every possible printing need, including special glitter or high-density applications. Their innovative chemical characteristics ensure there is an emulsion suitable for every type of ink, either water-based (dispersed, acid, corrosive), plastisol, co-solvents, and silicone for high density prints. Some of them are universally compatible. SAATI’s textile emulsion range offers products for computer-to-screen engraving - a unique solution in the sector.

APPLICATIONS

Flat textile printing, garment printing.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Highly water resistant diazo emulsion for use with plastisol and water based inks
  • 42% solids content and medium viscosity

BENEFITS & FEATURES

  • Economical emulsion for apparel printing
  • Can be hardened with Saati Chemicals Fixer 9 to produce a permanent waterproof stencil

APPLICATIONS

OVERVIEW

High Density Universal Photopolymer Textil Emulsion

APPLICATIONS

Garment printing with plastisol ink, glitter printing, high-density printing

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Green pure photopolymer emulsion for thick stencil production
  • Thanks to its high solids content (51%) and very high viscosity can produce 3000 micron stencil thickness with simple and shorter coating procedure.
  • Exposes 10 times faster than diazo or dual-cure emulsions
  • Resistant to plastisol inks, water and high humidity
  • Optimum elasticity
