SAATI offers a complete package of SAATIker emulsions, designed to meet ceramic industry needs, for the production of tiles (single, double and third fire), and kitchenware. This includes the preparation of transfers for plates, cups and glasses and direct printing. Ceramic HHW1

OVERVIEW

Dual-cure emulsion for high built-up stencil.

APPLICATIONS

Direct ceramic tile printing including dry glass powder printing normally used for third firing.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Dual-cure emulsion with 50% solid content for thick stencil production
  • High solid content and high viscosity can produce 300 micron stencil thickness, applying a number of coating as reported in table nr.1
  • Resistant to weak solvent-based and water-based ink

Ceramic HU

APPLICATIONS

Ceramic decals and direct printing of ceramic tiles for third firing.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Dual-cure direct emulsion for printing UV-cured, solvent-based and water-based inks
  • Excellent print definition on any mesh
  • 39% solids content

BENEFITS & FEATURES

  • Low friction stencil surface prints fine details cleanly and improves durability when used with abrasive inks

Ceramic HT

APPLICATIONS

Ceramic tile printing for single, double and third firing and porcelain grès.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Blue triple-cure emulsion for printing water-based inks
  • High resolution and definition
  • Very easy to reclaim before use of hardener

BENEFITS & FEATURES

  • Can be catalyzed with Saati Chemicals Fixer 9 to produce a permanent water proof stencil
  • 48% solids and high viscosity for easy coating on wide range of mesh counts

APPLICATIONS

Blue triple cure photo-emulsion for ceramic printing flat and rotary application.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Suitable for water-based and co-solvent ceramic inks

  • Faster exposure than Ceramic HT
  • Low odor
  • Easy to reclaim before use of hardener

  • Red one part pure photopolymer emulsion for dry powder printing resistant to high humidity

  • Post exposure recommended to increase screen durability when used with water based inks

  • Exposes 15x faster than typical two part emulsions for maximum productivity
  • Designed for use on medium to low mesh counts
